@smittycanada1 Yes, but he has to go through the New York state appellate system first, which will take a long time. There is no legal way for SCOTUS to intervene in the upcoming sentencing.

@smittycanada1 From what I've been hearing on MSNBC since the R's started touting the idea - apparently yes they could step in further down the line. It's absolutely shocking if true, because we all know what's going to happen - especially after Mike Johnson said that he's already spoken to a couple of them who 'agree' the judgment against #DFG was wrong. Talk about a foregone conclusion 😡
