I've ordered the top of the line washlet toilet.
I get another quote for electricity tomorrow but this won't be dramatic. I just want existing lines repurposed, extended to both the alcove and bath.
It's been such an exciting day, I have yet to eat!

In our master bath we have 2 x 250 WATT infrared lamps just out of the shower.
It's actually one of my favorite features of the home. Well one blew out last week.

I'm going to repurpose that power run for the alcove, maybe hang a small chandelier where the lamps are now. ;-)
Also new front double doors.
This will do it. This will take this house to the next level for relatively modest spend.
