It seems a trend in the election postmortem theories is to blame the Democratic campaign strategy which failed to reach/inspire low wage workers about the plan to manage the economy.

I don't agree. The problem is much bigger than that.

imo The Democrats never understood what the voters were saying. Voters said the number one problem in the country is the economy. Biden and Harris kept pointing out our economy was the envy of the world.

The problem, Biden/Harris were talking about GDP and the stock market, voters were talking about their kitchen table budgets. Both were true, the national economy was on fire. Our kitchen table budgets exploded.

Telling voters they are wrong is not the path to get votes.

I understand and agree with what you say. But I don't believe that's the cause of the election loss. The problem is bigger.

Why are there millions of people who don't think being a fascist, racist, misogynist, narcissist, criminal and pathological liar is disqualifying?

It's a much bigger group than the working class.
