He's got the thankless task of deciding speedy trial rights against the obvious need to try RICO defendants together.
I thought the prosecutors obviously had their shit together. They were very impressive. It's ONE case. And if you sever some defendants, Judge, you'll hear the same case multiple times. (Sounds smart to me).
And the proceedings in Fulton Co. show how critical it is to have live video in courts.
Why are our federal courts so short sighted? We need to see all the Trump trials. It would go a long way in bolstering public confidence in our judicial system.
