They do,and will give you a form to fill out to get one.
What happens after, you get discounts on the food that you get,even pet food. And gas.
Pros: accepted in Kroger and insta cart

But let's say you buy OTC birth control... and now the Feds can track you down when it's outlawed, or your state can use that as evidence to prosecute you for "abortion."
The same thing can happen with many products but as long as you're not at risk, then it's not a "con."
