For some reason, our ex-roomie left behind a pile of PCIE internal adapters behind, as well as 20 or so cards with 1 or 2 USB ports on them.

This in addition to about 10 giant graphics cards with fans (presumably for their bitcoin whatever they did).

I'm trying to decide whether I have the patience to test these and sell them on ebay, or if I should just toss them.
