I generally agree with @Stonekettle on this. It's not so much eliminating the filibuster but returning it to its original form. You have to do it publicly and you actually have to hold the floor until you can't. #politics

@sfleetucker @Stonekettle I think that if instead of getting rid of something toxic, like the filibuster, you try to use it to force someone to show what an asshole they are, you normalize assholishness.
Just get rid of it.
