SCOTUS TO HEAR TFG IMMUNITY CASE ON APRIL 22!

I think this is good news. If his minions on the court were planning to help him, the case wouldn't be scheduled until December.

@BenA I'm gonna disagree. It's a ridiculous claim, which the appeals court killed absolutely dead. There is no reason for SCOTUS to need to weigh in here. This just delays the trial for no good reason.

@rpardee @BenA By making this a SCOTUS ruling, they'll make it guaranteed nationwide. I despise the delay, but ultimately it'll be settled. (At least until they can pack the court and overturn it like Roe.)

@sfleetucker @BenA denying cert & the stay would have had the same effect. Or they could have just summarily affirmed the appeals court decision.

What other US president would be brazen enough to assert complete immunity from criminal prosecution? It's ridiculous on its face.
