Good but a long wait. Turns out it's a counter-service style and there was no way I'd have been able to stand for as long as it took my friend, (20+ mins), to get to the counter. So they stayed in line and I gave them my order. The place says not to take a table until you've ordered but there was no way I was standing.
I had the "Rancheros:" blue corn waffle with two eggs, green chile, cheese, and a side of bacon.
