The guy who was tackled and held against his will by a bunch of self-proclaimed vigilantes is issued a summons for disorderly conduct, (at 1:00 of the video), yet the vigilante group Guardian Angels, who attacked him, aren't charged with anything?

@see_the_sus Guardian Angels still exist? i thought they were forced to disband after several high profile attacks on innocent people back in the 90s
