WE FOUND HIM!!! WE FOUND HIM!!! WE FOUND HIM!!! He managed to get three blocks away. I had run out of posters and had to go home to print more and then went back up to a street two blocks from me. As we were putting a sign on a stop sign I saw a woman checking her mail, we drove over to her and while talking with her, a couple of men roll up with their window down asking if I'm the one looking for her cat,

and they had one of my posters. They said they're pretty sure it's the one under their car and I followed them over to their house and I could hear the fur monsters mewwwing up a storm. Took him a while to crawl out, poor fella was so scared. But he's home and just swallowed a 5oz can of soft food.
Thanks everyone for your well wishes and help!

He's wandering around the apartment like all is normal. 😊

One of the things I kept thinking about was what this was doing to Maddie. I had adopted her and another cat, Ace, together in 2020, and then four months later he passed away. She was confused why he wasn’t home and became clingy.
Last night, when I decided to go to bed at 3am, she slept on the pillow pressed up against me. Stayed that way even though I kept waking up startled thinking I’d heard him.
