I had no idea there's a Dennis The Menace over in the UK. Both the one here in the US and over yonder, came out in 1951.
The American version: March 12, 1951, by Hank Ketcham.
The Scottish version: March 17, 1951, by Edinburgh cartoonist Davey Law.
Weird that they were released only days apart.

@see_the_sus Beano and Dandy comics have a special place in my heart; my favourite part of Xmas Day was reading that year's annual. I've still got 50th anniversary hardbacks in a box somewhere. Now I'm getting reminiscent and warm and fuzzy. 😅 🤘
@see_the_sus Was initially confused when I saw the US Dennis after growing up reading The Beano. No idea they came out so close together. Crazy how things like that happen.
