6 days ago I sent my eye doctor a message, via their portal, asking her to please send detailed clinical notes to my insurance explaining why I have to have annual eye exams, not the bullshit "every 3 years" that is covered. I've been wearing glasses for 40+/-yrs & been at that stage in life for a long time where my eyesight changes every year.

I just called to ask why I haven't heard back from her. "We don't have a message from you. Don't know what happened." 🤯
