My dental appointment is in two hours and I desperately want to cancel it.
I slept horribly. Got up for awhile and cuddled with Mads on the couch hoping that would calm my brain and let me fall asleep but it didn’t.
I have to do this. I have to do this. 😢

Thanks 🥰 I told my family I wouldn’t be available today in anticipation of being in pain afterwards or at the very least needing to just be alone to breathe. My teeth and gums are in very bad shape and after being 3 1/2 years, I know there’s going to be a lot of work to do.

Better than I had anticipated. No gum disease, no new cavities but one tooth that has a very old filling needs to be replaced buuut when they do that, the tooth will basically disintegrate and a crown has to be put on. Whiiiich is going to cost me, out-of-pocket, up in the $1,700 range so I won’t be doing that anytime soon.
@see_the_sus No gum disease and no cavities make for good news. Hope you can save up for the crown. I’m glad this part is over for you. Breathe!! And get some rest!
