On the advice of my therapist, I put up a to-do list on my fridge of the most important/basic things I need to accomplish on that day and add in at least one fun thing to do.
My to-do/reminders on my phone have become so congested that I often look at them and shut the phone off.

So, I decided to call my list, "Accomplish Today" to give it a more positive hopeful spin.

@see_the_sus I worked with someone who kept all "To Do" items on separate Post-it notes. Her system was to tear up each note as it was done, like a ritual But she kept the discards in a box on her desk.

She said when it felt like nothing was getting done she looked at the box as a reminder.
