The Serrano and jalapeño pepper’s are roasted. Just waiting for them to cool down before bagging ‘em up, which will be into regular baggies until I call Mueller tomorrow to see if they can help me figure out why the food saver won’t vacuum.
Gawd roasting chilies is a pain the ass! Good thing they taste so yummy.
I got it to work finally. 🥂 Figured out that I wasn't leaving at least 2 1/2" from the edge of the food to the top of the bag. But, it's not sealing & vacuuming every time. 😩
I lost the manual when I moved, although I could swear I packed it with the machine & saw it when I unpacked it. I fucking hate moving!! 😖
The only manual I could find online for Mueller sealers isn't the model I have, so I emailed the company anyway and asked them to send me one.
