I decided to go back in the kitchen and get something a bit more substantial than cookies and milk.
Watermelon, goat’s cheese & balsamic glaze.
I sometimes swap out feta if I want more tartness. I’m not a huge watermelon fan but I discovered this at an Indianapolis pizza chain, Jockamo’s. My friend ordered it, I never would have and then I fell in love with it. 😆
