I told them she will say to me when I offer to help or ask why didn't she ask me to help, "Oh, I don't want to bother you," or "I got so-and-so to help," etc. And then she'll turn around & tell them that I wasn't available to help.
I told them that when she calls them for help & if they aren't free, to tell her to call me or better yet, they should call me so that she can't report back that I wouldn't help.

have, about the changes in my psych med and also that I’m working on getting tested for ADHD. Though I’m off the Effexor now, I can still tell it’s not completely out of my system and I’m still having bouts of mania & quick to anger. The depression end feels a lot calmer. *whew*
