The little rosemary cutting my bestie gave me doesn't seem to be doing very well. I'd swear it's shrunken in size since I potted it about 3 weeks ago. It's definitely not growing. 😢
Any suggestions?
Aww ... sadly, I have nothing to suggest here; I am not a green-thumbed person, though I hope it survives, your rosemary plant.

Jade is doing much better outside where it gets the morning sun and warmth but Purple Heart did not like being outside. It's too hot for the poor thing. I just took it out of the pot and put all of it into a large water-filled vase and I'll let it get healthy before trying to pot it again. But, it'll stay indoors this time near a window for some sun.
....I gots to remember I ain't in humidland anymore.

Understood. It has been very hot and very dry down here, and I can't imagine much being able to thrive, plant-wise.
