@redenigma Over on the bird site, I saw a video of a gigantic snapping turtle. As in almost the size of a full-grown tortoise! I never knew they got much bigger than a rabbit.

@see_the_sus snappers can get quite large, but those are very old ones. they need to be at least 25 years old to breed, and that's about 10" we have a female that crosses our pasture every year going to the pond & she's about 23", so likely over 75 years old
