@ADignorantium ...well. If you invest in mutual funds or ETFs, most likely. (But I get it, that's not the point. I do the same thing before we go out. Sure, don't want to come into a dark house, but it doesn't have to look like Times Freakin' Square!)

It's startling to see light coming from the first floor when you're on your way to the bathroom at 3am. You know your other half probably left a light on but you stand at the top of the stairs, listening for an intruder just in case. 😁
