Ah Monday mornings in IT, were the first dozen calls are "how can you expect me to remember my password over a weekend?!?"
Its going to be real bad after the upcoming 4 day weekend.

@Waldo06 I had a couple of users that refused to lock their stations when they were gone. I worked local govt. Healthcare so keeping patient info safe was top priority . I sent emails back and forth while they weren't there from their stations, it stopped happening. "hey did you know anyone could sit down and write a nasty email to the director?" "no I didn't, maybe we should lock our stations"
@scotter810 I don't care if you're not at work or even in the country, if your account is the one logged on while something happens, YOU are at fault.
