Friendly reminder to please be kind to your exhausted vet staff. We had a client who's been nothing but mean to us come in to pick up her dog's ear meds and then proceed to ask for her dog's records because WE were rude and she didn't want to deal with us on the phone anymore. WHAT!?

Just had our fur-kid in for her yearly exam. To a soul, they are the most kind, caring people you’d ever meet; I have an idea it’s the same in your office. I think that very few people who don’t love animals and serving the public would ever get into veterinary care.
