Just got the mass text from my boss that there's gonna be pizza provided tomorrow for Vet Tech Appreciation Week. They don't want pizza. They all want respect and fair pay. But sure, pizza works.
@sarcasmsign Perhaps if you cut the pizzas into little jigsaw pieces, and then assemble them into a note on his desk saying "pay us more" it'll get the point across?

@sarcasmsign I don't think that seems very "leadership position" to me.
But when middle management has a breakdown (it may even be geunine) when confronted, cries, and people back down, the company saves money.
Possibly why they put certain people in middle management.
