I am so annoyed with one of our clients right now. I spoke with her last week and scheduled her dog's blood work and neuter appointments. Somehow she ended up talking to another person and scheduling it for another day later this month. So when I called her this morning like "Where are you?" she gave me such a hard time. Uggghhh!! And she's the type of person who doesn't let you get a word in. #VetMed
