It's so frustrating when you're the only one who seems to *get it* taking care of a family member with . My mother is always like "he's driving me crazy!" and "I can't take this anymore!" Does she think he's doing this stuff on purpose??? He can't help it.

@sarcasmsign I think people might see so much that they recognise within a person with alzeimers that they forget the sickness since they can still see the glimpses of the old person in them. Sometimes its needed that someone thats not family to talk to them about whats happening and what to expect, thats at least how my mother told me how it can be. ( My grandmother had it and my mom worked with people dealing with the disease, and always kept an open dialogue about it ).
