Best/favorite low calorie & high protein meals from any culture?

@ryanwetzel Grilled ribeye sliced on top of Boston lettuce with crumbled blue cheese and apple cider vinaigrette. Add chopped walnuts for a bit of crunch.
If you can't eat beef, substitute with wild-caught salmon.

@ryanwetzel Can't claim it's low calorie, but I always go for low carb and high-quality fats and protein.
