@TwistedWhim apparently that vote was just for an expedited process. This is the actual passage-or-not, if I understand correctly.
@TwistedWhim that sounds right. The EFF tool linked in the OP sent messages to both my rep & my senators.

This is a second vote of the House, needing a simple majority before continuing to the Senate. I believe the democrats hold a majority in the Senate so the bill could also stop there.
