Spent some time researching my prospects for getting #Irish citizenship/passport. Looks like I am in fact eligible (see https://www.ireland.ie/en/dfa/citizenship/) by virtue of having a grandparent born on the island of Ireland.

Gonna have to marshal a bunch of original birth/marriage/death certificates tho (at least for the citizenship part). My uncle has some docs, but not everything.
