I literally had to leave the house this morning, I had to get out of that county. I did not trust myself. I scared myself. Arrived safely in Pittsburgh. Passed a few other swollen faced women during my stops, and watched a guy in a minivan full of small children cry, and then wipe his tears to engage with his children.

I’m so sick. Took a Valium and it’s time for a nap, if I can. I feel less reactive, and am ok.
