I just realized I cannot get the flu shot this year. I had an allergic reaction for the first time to the flu shot last year and I cannot take the nasal spray vaccine due to being on Methotrexate. Ugh. Being vulnerable is fun. Last time this happened I was pregnant and could only receive one type of vaccine that was safe for pregnancy but that vaccine contained latex, which I'm of course allergic to so I was shot less and at risk that year also.
