Hubby wants some dress shirt with long sleeves shortened. I told him the sleeves would have to be completely torn apart so not sure that works and doesn’t seem worth it.
But I checked on you-tube anyway and yes the sleeves need to be taken apart. But doable.
So I’m on the hook.
