@ChelseaGirl429 ooh, that's interesting. I wonder how quickly they can run this up to an appeals court conservative enough to overturn (I'm assuming GA's supreme court is such a court?).

Unfortunately yes, the GA Supreme Court is all but assured to overrule the lower court state judge.
In response to the ruling, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said, “Once again, the will of Georgians and their representatives has been overruled by the personal beliefs of one judge.”
Pretty rich after the Dobbs decision by the US Supremes and that judicial goon (Kismark?) in Texas.
