I like to hate on amazon, but they did me a solid today. I ordered a t-shirt from them in the wrong size by accident. I went through the return process & they said in effect "okay, here's your $--no need to return the too-small shirt".

I've had a similar experience - told me to keep it, sent me the right one.
Same thing happens when the ship the wrong thing to your house.
They tell you to keep it. And I said, "What am I supposed to do with these thing? I don't even know what the are".
Costs Amazon more $ to ship again than it’s worth.
I immediately ordered another in the right size.
