the chances you're using RADIUS authentication on your home network are near zero
an easy way to tell is ask yourself: "have I installed and configured a RADIUS server on my network?"
if the answer is no, you'll be fine...
this is going to mostly affect ISPs...and *if* they utilise proper access controls, this is basically impossible to exploit in the real world...big "if" there tho...

I can't imagine too many people are using RADIUS on their home networks over PSK auth. I'd be more concerned about business and schools that actively use it as a backend
