@rpardee Can that be done without the vote of some Republican Senators? Or without the Republican-controlled House approving a budget for it?
If not, then we know what we must do: Vote a majority of Dems into the House. Vote a super-majority of Dems into the Senate. Vote for a Dem Oval Office. We voters must accept our responsibility and duty in this and act!

@rpardee I agree. Ezra Klein had a great podcast episode on court reform. One model is expanding the court with existing federal judges and rotating the cases.
Two big issues.
Democrats have to build a coalition that includes those who are appalled by the Gaza genocide. A HUGE weakness for Biden.
AND
We don’t have a galvanizing candidate.
We need the house, the senate and the presidency.
Tall f****g order.
