Just had a guy from NW Insulation come out to see what they could do to make the house more well, insulated.
It's pricey stuff, and we don't qualify for any rebates b/c the house is too new. :(
There is a tax incentive if we add a solar powered attic vent to the job, which is nice.
My brother sells a German attic fan in his energy-saving solutions. So important to move that air.

He showed pictures of said mold, which I can't really tell if it's mold or not.
Nope. Don’t trust ANYONE in construction.
