Ohh you're lucky, we make our folks sit through in person tabletop training sims for the active attacker.
But we do make them also watch the fbi active shooter "bar scene" video

...but we 'keep it casual' and let everyone 'engage at their point of comfort' 🙃 it's awful, and it's so much better than it was. But we have a lot of threats and a lot of banks around us that have been robbed and the folks were chased into our work lot and then inside the building so we have to train. Otherwise it's an audit finding 🎭
@rpardee ah yes, the good old 'run, hide, fight' training. makes one feel so very good about the workplace
@Loffreni the funny thing is I'm 100% remote & work from home.
I feel pretty good about my chances of taking any of my immediate family members, w/the exception of my youngest--she's pretty athletic
