Goddammit--the judicial/criminal justice system is just not up to the task of saving us from the possibility of another trump presidency. We're just going to have to beat him at the polls again.
@Gord02 It is hard to escape that conclusion, alas.
FWIW, I believe he will eventually be held to account--in Georgia if nowhere else. But it's just not gonna happen on a timeline that will knock him out of the race.
@rpardee Maybe because they're in on it....
@rpardee There's no spine in holding rich people accountable to their crimes. It's so much easier to push the poor people around, because they don't have the resources necessary to fight back, which is why our Justice Department loves picking on them/us.
