This is the same infection map of San Francisco that I've posted before. But, this one has the circumferences of each circle colored based on whether it is increasing or decreasing. Green is decreasing (95%). Red is increasing (5%). Is this easy to read/understand? Any formatting suggestions?

@jurban Looks great to me. It did take me a while to find some increasing dots. Have you tried coding infection rate just w/the dot size & coloring the whole thing on the basis of increasing/decreasing? That would def make the increasing points pop...

@rpardee
I am thinking about that approach.
One change might be to make the size of the circle be driven by the absolute qty of infections. Currently it is the proportion of people in each area.

I just received the measure of each area. So, I could also make a metric of "cases/acre".
