What's a good cloud backup solution?

I bumped up to the 200GB google drive allotment & it's apparently not enough, if I mean to really back all my stuff up.

Back in the day I used JungleDisk, which was a pretty convenient front-end for an amazon S3 bucket. But they don't have a non-corporate offering anymore, alas.
