I noticed one pattern since Elon Musk took over Twitter - he has been unreleasing the lots of "unblocks" on people who blocked the others. I blocked many revolting Republicans and Conservatives - only to see them pop back on. Checked their profiles to see that it is as if I never blocked them. When I do block them, few days later, they are unblocked.
