@kjans19 I was 4, I vividly remember this scenario - I was shocked that I had a hearing grandmother (hence Hrandma) so my Dad kept on saying, "She's my Mom, she is your grandma." I was quite confused because I was close to Deaf Grandmother - so I sort of followed Grandma and saw her pulling her dentures out - I freaked out. LOL
@ridor9th Vicious? Don't you mean vivacious? ☺ I knew two ladies just like your hrandma. Both were the grandmothers of two of my childhood (hearing) friends. Wonderful ladies - one Italian and the other Polish. Both heavy smokers and possessed a wicked sense of humor.
