Redbubble tend to use print businesses local to the buyer, so they'll ship from the US. Spoonflower has moved all their printing facilities to the US, but they've always been quick to print and ship stuff to Australia.

I use Stickermule (US) and Printful (local to buyer printers, mostly) for some custom one off orders too.
