Now I have one. This was sent to my mom and of course she's a little freaked. I know the Stafford Act was the declaring of national emergency. But has anyone heard anything about a nation wide quarantine to be put in place before the weekend?
I ask because I don't want my husband and kids stuck in Cali.

@ChippySuave @th3j35t3r @Render I heard this too this morning, but didn't have a way to confirm so I didn't say anything. My wife works with probate officers in the Justice System. One of them told her what you have posted almost verbatim. He heard it from a close friend who is in the military,
