Facebook found a massive data breach Tuesday that looks to be affecting around 50M users. Good times. 😒 They have reset tokens so if you haven’t accessed Facebook in the last couple of days you will need to login. Now would be a good time to change your password and enable two factor authentication if you haven’t already (keeping in mind that they are also using your phone number to target ads so... 🤬).

I have some really good reasons for staying on Facebook but the issues are starting to outweigh the benefits. 😒
@Autumn I tried giving up Facebook last year. I missed the passing of two people I knew well enough that I should’ve attended the funerals. Unfortunately this is how these things are communicated these days. I’d delete the app from my devices if it wasn’t for that.
@redbarchetta3 I keep hoping we can get back to simpler methods of communication. I moved 2300 miles away from the majority of my family and friends so Facebook is one of the easiest ways to stay in touch. And there in lies the issue... it’s the easiest. We have gotten too lazy about maintaining connections the old ways - phone calls, letters, actually seeing people in person. I know there isn’t an easy answer yet but I’m hoping there will be.
