I think I might be a newly hatched Democrat.
^^^ Being 'independent' is basically sitting on the fence, and is what landed us with Trump, and is what will allow him to squeak back in for a second term.

@th3j35t3r I'm independent, but definitely not sitting on the fence. There are values from each of the parties that align with mine. I vote for the candidate that best represents my values, so I'll definitely be voting Democrat in the fall.
