This is a pet-peeve of mine. “If you don’t support Trump, you must be a left-wing liberal.” This is my dad’s affliction, the day he heard I chose to stop being a registered Republican he looked so disappointed. He went into this huge anti-liberal rant. To him i did a 180-degree flip. In his mind, there is no middle. Unfortunately, that mindset, one that should die with my dad’s generation, is making a comeback in the age of social media.
@redbarchetta3 I’m independent. I side conservative, right leaning, but rather let my actions change someones mind than with words that are very easily manipulated.
@redbarchetta3 I go so far as to say that the people who support Trump aren't even Republicans. I've known a lot of Republicans, I used to BE a Republican, and these people are NOT Republicans. They've simply infiltrated the party.
