I understand why people make New Year's resolutions, but to me personally, it's a pointless concept: if you want to do something, do it now.
Do 20 squats.
Go for a run.
Make a meal with less than 40 grams of carbs.
Tune that guitar.
Prepare that bread dough.
Put all coins in a jar / put aside 5 bucks.
Call that person.
Make a booking with a therapist.
Hug your partner.
Tell your child you love them.
Take your dog for a walk.
Play with your cat.
Tell yourself that you're doing well.
