Update: Water experts are drying carpets in 3 rooms. They remove baseboards & drill holes behind to introduce air & anti-mildew chemicals into the walls. The worst part is the wood against the concrete - it will be hardest to dry there. They charge $4500!! https://gofund.me/4f045bea
